Return & Refund Policy


At The Welders Workshop, many of our products are custom manufactured or made-to-order based on customer-provided files, drawings, or approved design specifications. Because of this, all sales are generally considered final once production begins.



1. All Sales Final



All products, fabricated parts, and custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order has been approved and production has started.


Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all drawings, specifications, dimensions, materials, and finishes prior to production.



2. Approval of Drawings and Specifications



Before fabrication begins, customers may receive:


  • CAD drawings
  • DXF previews
  • Design mockups
  • Dimensional specifications



Production will only begin after the customer approves the design.


Once approved, the design becomes the official production specification for the order.



3. When Refunds or Remakes May Apply



A refund, remake, or correction will only be considered if:


  • The delivered product does not match the approved drawings or specifications, or
  • There was a clear manufacturing error made during production.



If a verified manufacturing error occurs, The Welders Workshop may, at its discretion:


  • Remake the product
  • Repair the product
  • Issue a partial or full refund




4. Items Not Eligible for Refund



Refunds or returns will not be granted for:


  • Customer design errors
  • Incorrect files or dimensions provided by the customer
  • Changes requested after approval
  • Minor cosmetic variations typical in metal fabrication
  • Material grain, heat marks, or surface variations from cutting or welding processes




5. Damage During Shipping



If a product arrives damaged during shipping:


  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the packaging and damaged item
  3. Retain all packaging materials for claim verification



We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim and determine appropriate next steps.



6. Order Cancellations



Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once fabrication, cutting, or material preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled.



7. Custom Fabrication Disclaimer



Due to the nature of metal fabrication, laser cutting, welding, and CNC manufacturing, slight variations may occur that do not affect the functionality or integrity of the product.
