Shipping Policy


This Shipping Policy outlines how orders from The Welders Workshop are processed, packaged, and delivered.





1. Shipping Responsibility



All customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for their order. Shipping costs vary depending on:


  • Package weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Shipping carrier rates



Shipping fees will be calculated and provided at checkout or included in the final invoice before shipment.





2. Processing and Production Time



Many items sold by The Welders Workshop are custom manufactured or fabricated to order.


Production times may vary depending on:


  • Project complexity
  • Order volume
  • Material availability
  • Fabrication scheduling



Estimated lead times may be provided but are not guaranteed.


Orders will ship after production is completed and payment has been received in full.





3. Shipping Methods



Orders may be shipped using carriers such as:


  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight carriers (for large or heavy items)



The shipping method will be selected based on package size, weight, and destination.





4. Large or Heavy Orders



Certain items such as:


  • Large fabricated parts
  • Steel components
  • Production runs
  • Oversized metal products



may require freight shipping.


Freight shipping costs will be quoted separately when applicable.


Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper equipment or personnel to unload freight deliveries if required.





5. Shipping Damage



If an item arrives damaged during shipping:


  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. Keep all packaging materials for claim verification



We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.





6. Incorrect Shipping Information



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


The Welders Workshop is not responsible for:


  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Additional shipping costs due to address errors
  • Packages returned due to incorrect delivery information



Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.





7. Lost Packages



Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, The Welders Workshop is not responsible for lost packages. However, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when possible.





8. International Shipping



International shipping may be available upon request.


Customers are responsible for:


  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Taxes imposed by their country



The Welders Workshop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.





9. Order Pickup (If Available)



Local pickup may be available by appointment.


Customers selecting local pickup will not be charged shipping fees.
